Di Nola Consulting (DNC) is the practice of Dr. Gina Di Nola, dedicated to empowering Military and Veteran Families with the information, training, and resources they have earned. DNC brings project management, financial counseling, and process improvement expertise to the people and organizations who serve the military community.
Military Spouse University is DNC's program built for Military Spouses: a free, weekly community where you learn, connect, and build a portable, PCS-proof career, with a clear path to credentials like the Accredited Financial Counselor certification and PMI-aligned project management.
Meet your host
Hi, I'm Dr. Gina Di Nola.
I'm a Military Spouse, the daughter of a WWII Army Veteran, and caregiver to both my father and my Post-9/11 Army Veteran husband. I've spent my career making sure Military and Veteran Families actually get the resources they've earned. I'm an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with a doctorate in management and a background in social work.
Through my research and years of volunteering, on the Fort Bliss Spouses Association board, as an FRG leader, and with groups like the Military Spouse Advocacy Network and the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, I kept seeing the same thing: Military Spouses are too often left in the dark about their entitlements, their options, and their own potential. Employment is just one example.
I created Military Spouse University to change that. It's a home base where you build a portable, PCS-proof career, earn credentials that move with you, and never have to figure it out alone.
