Meet your host

Hi, I'm Dr. Gina Di Nola.

I'm a Military Spouse, the daughter of a WWII Army Veteran, and caregiver to both my father and my Post-9/11 Army Veteran husband. I've spent my career making sure Military and Veteran Families actually get the resources they've earned. I'm an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with a doctorate in management and a background in social work.

Through my research and years of volunteering, on the Fort Bliss Spouses Association board, as an FRG leader, and with groups like the Military Spouse Advocacy Network and the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, I kept seeing the same thing: Military Spouses are too often left in the dark about their entitlements, their options, and their own potential. Employment is just one example.

I created Military Spouse U™ to change that. It is a free peer community — a home base where spouses share what they have learned, ask the questions nobody prints in a brochure, and nobody has to figure it out alone. There is no curriculum and no cost, and I am not teaching a class. I host the conversation.

I facilitate and host Military Spouse U™. I am also an instructor for Di Nola Consulting's paid, authorized courses, which are separate and run through the Professional and Leadership Development Center.
